Toronto, September 25, 2013 – With the launch of Mrs Robinson ( women over 40 finally have their very own magazine.  Mrs Robinson is dedicated to mature women who know who they are, and are not just at ease with it, but happy about it too.  The new digital magazine founded by Lisa Richler comes from Kuration Media Group’s Peter Coish, and aims to help women stay smart, healthy and connected through stories curated and written by women of the same age and sensibility.

Mrs Robinson’s tagline Be Irresistible All Your Life was inspired by the Coco Chanel quote “You can be gorgeous at thirty, charming at forty, and irresistible for the rest of your life.”

Mrs R is edited by television industry marketing veteran Lisa Richler (formerly Wookey) who is delighted to be the “woman of a certain age” steering the Mrs Robinson ship.   “Women over 40 are healthier, savvier, and more active on and off-line then ever before. Our magazine addresses that new reality.” 

 The magazine brings its unique perspective to news, fashion, beauty, home, arts, technology, food and travel and is a compelling mix of curated stories from around the web and exclusive original content. To-date, this vibrant audience has been underserved. Mrs R’s goal is to remedy that by providing them with relevant stories put together just for them, including topics that have been too-often ignored in our youth obsessed culture.  

Content arrives via a host of smart, accomplished contributors including La Closette owner and image consultant MT Meikle on style and entertainment coverage from veteran entertainment reporter Anne Brodie. Health and wellness is covered by Sundara Yoga Studio owner/instructor Angela Jervis-Read. Barbara Stewart  (portfolio manager and newspaper columnist) is on–board as Mrs R’s financial expert. 
Women 40+ are among the heaviest users of digital and social media. This fact is reflected in Mrs R's highly active and fast-growing Facebook Page, where engagement rates regularly exceed 50% of fans.
